Cost and Culture

Rent is $1,100 per month plus expenses which include electricity, gas, internet, etc. (average $90.00 to $140.00 per month, per person) heat and hot water included.

Use of kitchen, dinning room and common areas encouraged. You should be a mature professional and looking for location, and value.  Orientation, race, or ethnic background is of no concern.  Culturally the space is very multicultural, laid-back and embraces diversity.  Drama free is preferred and personal baggage is limited to carry-on :-).  As for me, I'm a pretty laid-back guy, professional/retired (consultant) Norwegian American, ivy educated; work from home.  Used to play several sports, like to cook, hang out with buddies.  Current Tenant/Roommates are doctoral student from CO , older undergrad from MA,  and executive in the hospitality industry.
